The carefully designed Aulos Descant & Treble recorders have been thoughtfully designed to cater to individuals with finger disabilities, ensuring that no one is excluded from playing the recorder, be it in a school setting or any other musical environment.
Tailored for pupils and players facing finger challenges, these exceptional instruments go beyond traditional boundaries to make music accessible to all. The ergonomic design of the Aulos Descant & Treble recorders prioritises ease of use, comfort, allowing individuals with finger disabilities to embrace musical expression without limitations.

In addition to the head piece, there are six separate sections for tone holes, fitting smoothly into one another. By rotating the tone holes and plugging certain holes, the recorder can accommodate fingers that are missing or have limited movement.
Once adjusted for an individual’s hand, the sections may then be glued into permanent position using the glue (included). This instrument then becomes personal to the player.
